The Diaper Bag Community exists to provide essential supplies, practical education, and ongoing support to pregnant adolescents and young parents who have experienced foster care.
We believe that when young mothers and fathers are equipped, supported, and surrounded by community, they can step confidently into parenthood and build a stable future for themselves and their child.

What We Provide
Essential Supplies for a Strong Start
Participants must:

Be pregnant

Be between the ages of 12 and 24

Currently be in foster care or have previously experienced foster care
This program is designed specifically for young mothers navigating pregnancy and early parenting without consistent family support.
